Online service requests

Submitting an online form is a request for contact or an appointment. It does not create a confirmed appointment time or authorize plumbing work.

Estimates and service charges

Free estimates are available for planned plumbing projects. Diagnostic and service appointments are subject to a $50 minimum service charge. The $50 amount is a minimum and is not a flat total price for every service visit.

Promotions

Promotional pricing applies only to the equipment, sizes, brands, access conditions and work described in the applicable offer. Additional work outside the listed promotional scope can result in additional charges.

Warranties

A. Plumbing Pro provides a one-year labor warranty on qualifying work, excluding drain cleaning. Manufacturer warranties are subject to the applicable manufacturer's terms.

A. Plumbing Pro text messaging program

A. Plumbing Pro, Inc. may use SMS or MMS text messaging for service-related communication with customers and prospective customers. Messages may include responses to inquiries, customer support, service-request follow-up, scheduling and appointment reminders, service updates, estimates, invoices and other communications related to requested plumbing services.
